Itch Design values your privacy and maintains that your personal information will never be disclosed or sold to any other organisation, unless required by law. All information you provide will only ever be used for your submissions, processing of orders, or Itch correspondence.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the where its going and the size and weight of the package.

Express Post - up to 500g $7.00
Express Post - up to 3kg $9.90

Prices vary depending on where in the world you are. We will contact you by email with these charges once you have placed your order.

:: Return Policy ::

We're happy to make an exchange for any items that you are not 100% satisfied with or items that don't fit.
The item MUST be returned within 14 days and MUST be UNWORN and in PERFECT original condition including any attached labels, swing tags and packaging.
The costs of mailing an exchanged article are at your expense.
:: If your parcel goes astray ::

We use express post for two reasons, it gets there fast and has a tracking system allowing us to find it should it not arrive at its destination. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, let us know, and we'll find out where it is.
In the unlikely event it disappears of the face of the earth, on proof of its disappearance, we will refund the value of the item/s (excluding shipping costs) or exchange for another.
:: If we have sold out ::

We do our best to keep all designs in stock, but from time to time we may sell out. Never fear, we do regular backorders so it shouldn't be far away. We will notify you if we can't fill the order.
